Strengthening Egypt’s Emergency Response Through Strategic Technolog

Being part of a landmark national initiative is always a source of immense pride, and at Milestones Group, our involvement in the Centralized Control Center for Egypt’s National Unified Emergency Services Network (NAS) has been no exception.

Completed in October 2023, this strategic project was inspected and commended by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, underscoring its critical role in enhancing national emergency response capabilities.

Our contribution focused on delivering secure and reliable communication solutions as the officially authorized Yealink distributor in Egypt. Utilizing Yealink IP Phone T48U, we ensured that control center operators could communicate seamlessly, coordinate effectively, and respond promptly across all governorates.

Milestones Group was responsible for the professional implementation and technical support of Yealink’s solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and operational continuity within this mission-critical environment.
