Our journey with Grand Solution started with a simple Facebook message. At the time, there was no prior business relationship between us. They reached out because their clients were increasingly requesting video conferencing solutions from other brands, and they were looking for a reliable partner to collaborate with.
Building the Foundation:
We invited the Grand Solution team to our office, where we conducted a comprehensive training session covering both the sales and technical aspects of our video conferencing solutions. This initial step laid the groundwork for a strong partnership built on knowledge, transparency, and mutual support.
Shortly after the training, Grand Solution received a request from one of their well-known clients, Rabbit, who was planning to equip four meeting rooms with modern video conferencing solutions. That’s when our collaboration truly began.
Turning Opportunity into Success:
The project moved forward smoothly through a structured and professional approach:
- First visit: We delivered a complete solution presentation to the client.
- Second visit: Our presales team conducted a Proof of Concept (POC) session, demonstrating the proposed solutions in action.
Following the POC, something remarkable happened. The client began visiting our showroom multiple times—sometimes even without the partner present. This was a clear sign of the strong trust that had been established between all parties involved.

3 interactive displays (86” and 65”)

The deal was successfully closed and, as always, was fully credited to Grand Solution as our valued partner.
Growing Beyond Borders:
The success of this project opened the door to the next chapter. Grand Solution, who also operate a branch in Dubai, requested our support in organizing a new training session for their Dubai-based team. The goal is to equip them with the knowledge needed to sell and install video conferencing solutions confidently.
This training is currently in the planning stage—and we’re excited about what lies ahead.
